The Bowflex RevolutionThe Bowflex has raised more sensationalism within the exercise market than most other types of exercise products. It is hailed as the best all-round workout, thanks to Tessema Dosho Shifferaw from San Francisco, who introduced it in 1979. Originally, the Bowflex gym was a simple, flat bench which could be adjusted into an incline position of about 40 degrees. Other options were the lat tower and leg extension exercises. This exercise product was first presented as an in-home gym and, and soon became one of the most popular of its kind. Two designs were created: the Bowflex Power Rod Home Gym and the Bowflex Revolution Home Gym. There is also a Bowflex stepper available on the market.
Bowflex Equals Big Benefits The system of the Bowflex technology is distinctive and allows you to work within the extent of your capability. The power rod technology features additional resistance as you bend the rods, and with increased resistance comes the potential ability to improve from 200 lbs to over 400 lbs. There are about 100 strength building exercises you can do to build and maintain a healthy body. Cardiovascular Workout Another exercise product by Bowflex that not only increases your heart rate, but also promotes weight loss, is the Bowflex Treadclimber; its basic concept is the same as a stairclimber or stepper. It engages other muscle groups to burn calories. Research indicates that three times the calories can be burned using this equipment in comparison to a treadmill. The unique design of this machine helps minimize impact on important joints such as the knees. No matter what level of fitness you present, or what age you are, the low impact cardio workout is beneficial. Bowflex Progressive
